Kouboura Catering
Catering arm of the legendary Murphy’s Lunch.
Our downtown has changed post covid-19. Our parent restaurant, Murphys Lunch, had thrived for many years on serving people working in the office spaces of downtown Winston-Salem. These office spaces are now quite empty with the transition to working from home. Murphy’s Lunch, in order to survive, must change with the times. It is toward this end that we introduce our catering department, Kouboura Catering. Kouboura Catering will begin as a limited service catering business available on the weekends for your weekend catering needs.
All items will be packaged in disposable containers with disposable serving utensils, cutlery, and plates if needed. All orders must be placed by 3:00 PM of the Thursday before the weekend of your event. Food must be consumed within 3 hours of delivery or refrigerated or frozen. Delivery may be available and subject to minimum delivery charge of 15% depending on distance. Chafing water pans, stands, and heating fuel are available as a set. Each set includes one full size water pan, one stand, and two canisters of chafing fuel. Each is set is $15 and will keep two half size food pans heated for approximately two hours. The stands are reusable and can be returned for a $5.00 refund.
